Introduction to Bioinformatics

This workshop will include a rich collection of lectures and hands-on sessions with individualized instructor support, covering both theory and tools associated with Bioinformatics analysis. Participants will explore experimental design, technology usage, cost estimation, and data generation. The course will include experimental data organization, basic command line and high performance computing concepts, how to install software, use help, run applications, and the basics of building scripts and pipelines.
